"The poor decisions made by senior and executive management."

"Do what's morally right not what the other companies are doing. We made loans as they should have and then jumped on the bandwagon to stop looking if the customer could really afford it. That's what brought Downey down."

"The company failed, therefore their is no company to interview with."

"The upper management wanted to make money giving out ARM loans, which caused the bank to fail."

"They should have remained conservative like they were when I was hired."
"Downey was bought by US Bank in November 2008, I was not able to secure a position in the OC as a Regional so I took a Manager's position until I found suitable employment"

"US bank is a very large company in growth mode, if willing to re-locate their are many opportunities. Pay is not competitive."
