"I worked for Dow Jones (FACTIVA) for 18 years. It was a wonderful company to work for. I used to tell my new hires that if they didn't learn something new every day, they just didn't want to. We were on the cutting edge of technology and the learning opportunities never stopped. I enjoy the relationship that we had with our developers. I believe that I worked with some of the brightest and most talented people available. We put out quality products because we cared about what we did."

What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop destroying the company. Rupert Murdoch should oust ALL the leadership team members or the enterprise media group. They are all about flash and mirrors. No substance, they do not deliver anything on time or on budget. Clare Hart and Dennis Cahill will eventually kill the company. They forget who actually makes the company, the people that do the actual work."
