"Dover Fueling Solutions can be a wonderful place to work. The people are fantastic. The leadership, for the most part, has a vision of where they want to take the company. Sometimes, the execution gets in the way because of the silos created during the creation of the company. It was a merger between 6 different companies in the Dover Corporate portfolio. The concept makes sense and eventually It may be achieved, but the multitude of growing pains in that type of creation is enormous. Add to that the fact that the company is scheduled to be a $1.5B revenue company by next year, means that any change has to be made in a way which does not disrupt the business. That makes for a very difficult and bumpy road."
