"Douglas elliman is for employees who been in the real estate industry for few years. I do not recommend for new agents joining Douglas elliman until you get some experience first, they don’t have enough training to get you on your foot, and the lack training structure for new agents. It’s a well know company with great employees, the environment is healthy with people who can help you, but if you want hands on training and teachers who will help you get you on the right path. I recommend a company that will provide you training and support. Unfortunately Douglas Elliman didn’t had the best training for new agents."
