"I love the genesis of a project. I love system architecture, database architecture, and creatively coming up with software solutions. I have a solid feel for speaking with clients or the BA who has spoken with the client(s), and translating those business requirements into technical requirements, and from there designing a .Net/SQL solution (usually) to accomplish those needs. What I do not love is continuing the make the UI faster and better looking. I can do this but prefer the big picture."

"They are very young and fickle, and don't deal well with people who they don't like."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If you have a problem with a new Hire, speak up! We are not mind readers, and if you tell us what's wrong we'll remedy it."

"don't, they aren't honest during the interview process. They will tell you they have work from home, cutting edge technology, etc, and it isn't true."
