"I had worked for Dothill systems for almost 6 six years. My position physical location would change from Carlsbad,CA to Longmont to Longhua and Shude China. I was provided the opportunity at all of our locations to be not only a stake holder but also a Mentor and teacher to the Chinese Factories.I was always provided the tools needed to do my job and was allowed the leeway to branch into other areas of the manufacturing process. My expertise allowed me to ensure and to provide to the company that products were designed and manufactured correctly from beginning to end."
