"Everyday was exciting and kept me on my toes. I love thought process that went into each and every client. I love making clients feel rewarded after final pieces was presented."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be yourself - You will only hurt yourself and the company if you are not being who you really are. In the long run, it will show who you really are and if you are really fit for the position. Their are tons of jobs who are looking for your exact qualifications, you just have find them."

What don't you like about working at Dorsey and Dorsey?

"Doing it all by myself at times was the most difficult part. I had small budgets so at times I couldn't pay people what they are worth as I would have loved to."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Building the proper team who possess more if not same type of love for the business and growth. This way you don't feel like your at work all the time but cooperatively working in almost a social gathering."
