"Be yourself - You will only hurt yourself and the company if you are not being who you really are. In the long run, it will show who you really are and if you are really fit for the position. Their are tons of jobs who are looking for your exact qualifications, you just have find them."

"Doing it all by myself at times was the most difficult part. I had small budgets so at times I couldn't pay people what they are worth as I would have loved to."

"Building the proper team who possess more if not same type of love for the business and growth. This way you don't feel like your at work all the time but cooperatively working in almost a social gathering."
