Internally it needs some reconstruction in terms of ethics and professionalism, but there is an air of good intent. The tools provided are outdated and need to be addressed urgently but remain swept under the rug. I think that the nature of this industry provides a very unstable environment due to the inability to predict oncoming work or lack of such. Has been a pleasure to experience working here."

"They dangle alot of carrots but even when you move up and up it is never as much as they promise"

"The computers go down and that effects our bonus. Also too much on the clock we need a little more break time."

"I would acknowledge the accomplishments of the individuals responsible for doing a great job and geat rid of some of the dead wood"
