"Usage of our products is on a steady decline. And our service platform makes it harder to service our print on demand customers."

"Declining market has brought with it a culture of mediocraty. Too many happenings are simply let slide. Not much motivation to improve. We just seem to be treading water."

"To start managing, come out of the office and make observations, ask questions....the ship is sinking and management is going down with it."
