"Associating with customers, and being able to go to school full time as well as work."

"Be positive and reliable and prove you can handle repetition and the constant association with someone every minute of the day."

What don't you like about working at Dominick's Finer Foods?

"The routine, no sense of pride at the register."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There managers move store to store to keep them motivated. But in my opinion some lack motivation. A change there would be necessary to help motivated the whole store. Also I believe the focus a bit to much on service and not as well on supply and demand. Self checkouts on the market quite a few years ago. And they were approved. Dominick's Finer Foods did not implement the technology until 2009. I believe in customer service but I also believe in the customer that just wants in and out, etc."
