"Be honest and open. The interviewers truly connect with your personality. Be prepared for the interview; do your research. Most likely, your interview will be a panel interview. Be professional, friendly, and eager. Everyone who works here and conducts interviews is friendly and not out to pick apart your flaws.If you don't get the job you first interviewed for, don't be too disappointed. These are the type of people who will call you if something comes open later that they think you would be great fit for."

What don't you like about working at Dominican Sisters of Peace?

"There is no room for upward growth from my current position. If I wanted to move into a higher ranking job, I would have to leave the Dominican Sisters of Peace."

"I do not have any suggestions for management at all. They do a great job at keeping everyone happy and providing an amazing work environment."
