"I have worked for DolEx for nearly four months and it has been one of the worst experiences since the beginning. The interview/selection process was disorganized and the onboarding/training portion was scattered. Once fully operational and done with training, I found myself expanding myself past my job description. Days off are scattered, expectations are outrageous, time to meet those expectations are limited and the pay is beyond unreasonable for the workload. The work/life balance is not there as a result of the average workweek ranging from 50-60 hours per week. Without a doubt not a job for a person with a family. One is an hourly employee, yet one is expected to answer the phone during off-hours. Then let us add how they treat their front line employees, now THAT is embarrassing. The rationality behind how they are treated is out the window."
"It's not well paid. They don't pay holidays like it's supposed to and vacations are very limited."
"This company does not pay well at all. However, if you are just looking for a part-time job to make some extra cash, this might be just what you are looking for. Do not expect to be working extra hours."
