"If you want to make money, this is not the place to work."

What don't you like about working at Dodge?

"management did not know how to make money, every job was warranty work and it is hard to make money and hours when that is all one works on. Then management gets upset when you have no hours."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need management that is motivated to sell and knows how to make money. More motivated to get the job done. Honest in providing work and hours for every worker not just one or two guys. They need management that works as a team with the workers."
