"This woman's personal life interferes with running the company. In my opinion, she has no idea how to run a company, let alone professionally. She's pretty hyper, and very disorganized. She's constantly putting out fires. She won't invest in the proper tools to do the job like a real CRM solution (they use the FREE version of Zoho!)and a real customer/prospect contact tool like I-Contact. Their trade show presence is a joke, one of the worst trade show booths I've ever seen."
