"I started as an Account Manager at docero back in April 2017 and before my 90 days, my boss had put in his two weeks so I immediately saw an opportunity. Before I became manager, I had implemented and created the Client Services manuals, and certain account manager processes, since that had never been done before. As a manager, I manage a team of four (two technical and two client facing employees) where I oversee completion of deliverables, client objectives, and opportunities for growth. in addition to management, I am directly responsible for over 30 of our clients, including the two highest revenue clients. docero was acquired by a company called Advice Media on August 1 of 2019. Their offices are located in Melville, NY and I have been doing consulting work for them since the acquisition. I was offered a full-time position with Advice Media, but I’m looking for a new opportunity because I was at the point in my time at docero to learn something new and broaden my horizons. docero Healthcare was a wonderful place to work. I was able to learn a lot through the start-up environment and being thrown into a management role within my first year."
