"Blames the employee for everything. The people that have been here for years, don't worry they will let you know they have, will try to flex on the newer employees. Trust no one. They have "values" they claim to be about. Absolutely not! Teamwork? What teamwork? It's their way or no way and utilizing their methods and ways, and when things are going well (utilizing their methods) they still blame the employee. Have a suggestion? Better keep it to yourself. Control issues are endless. The cliques that bring down the company in management are outrageous. Constant bashing of the technicians (who make this company happen) and never there for them. Put it this way, If you work for the company and haven't been with them for years, you might as well be a peasant. How some people are in some positions is baffling. It sure isn't off of their skillset. I advise you stay away. No room for growing, don't even think about a raise either. Low balling all positions but "management" is sitting very comfortable for sure."
