"The lack of communication in this company leaves it less than desirable. Due to being a Japanese based company, the American division has only a hand full of positions that are outside of Field Service Technician positions. The work is very physical for long periods of time which causes most people to leave after just a few short years. Good job to build experience, but not a good job for growth or longevity."
