"the opportunity to add value, and to learn from my peers."

What don't you like about working at Dixon Ticonderoga?

"That we were not able to exist anymore as a HQ group after the acquisition."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Really, it is academic now. But, a great deal of the management group was composed of employees with over 25 years (in some cases over 30) in the same or similar position within this company. It need a refresh view, which is what I provided from the finance/accounting perspective."
