"There seems to be a double standard with management, do what I say, not what I do. They generally treat the employees well, but there are some who get much better treatment than others. Management also is over compensated compared to the employees. Lineman and technician wages are low compared to national average, however management salaries are almost double (in some cases more than double) the national NRECA average."
