"Read the all the literature and handbook. Be prepared to represent TWC whether or not you're at work. Be community oriented."
What don't you like about working at Spectrum?
"Unable to strive to achieve their goals. Manager, trainers, etc., are unable to take a lesser position if their positions are eliminated."

"The ability to travel and work with the challenging field of training and sales"

"Will not stand up with integrity to support staff."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be willing to provide training support even for trainers as an option. Be honest about the sales training. Its not really a training position as it is sales. A true trainer may get frustrated..."
