Pros: There is overtime, Great people, The job is easy Cons: Hire lots of people, then fires them because there is lack of work, Lots of overtime, because somehow there is work up the butt, Drawings are 90% wrong, The worest of them all the raise is like .25 cents in a year if your lucky."
