"I have worked for DSG for two years and at three employees responsible for less than 50 contractors, the company seems understaffed and unable to meet the demands of its contractors. Furthermore, DSG has very little reach (i.e. they employ contractors in only two DoD environments) and tend to pay below industry standards. Without an established role in Gov IT, DSG will probably be outbid by a leading company in the near future--this reality led to much uncertainty by DSG's workforce."
