"I worked at Ditech for 7 years. I loved my site, department, and leaders. I loved the work I was doing each day. The problems came with restructuring. Every few months, it seemed like we had a different President. The company decided to close offices where employees were extremely strong and loyal workers and put more jobs in larger cities where employees could walk across the street and get a new job, leading to high turnover rates. Also, the employees starting out in entry level positions in the new sites were making more than veteran higher level employees and the smaller sites."
