"Disys depends on leads from job postings or from using resumes to troll for openings. While there is nothing wrong with this, it doesn't push them to really understand abilities versus requirements."
"In the short time I have worked for Disys, I have found the staff to be genuinely interested in the well being of all."
"Excellent environment and co-workers. As a Field Technician, I had a great deal of independence, yet still felt connected to co-workers and those who I supported. Sadly the position ended due to COVID19 as demand for hands on IT support subsided due to workers transitioned to work at home. Would love to return if opportunity presents itself."
"I've worked with DISYS for three years now. I think it's a great place to work and the people there try their hardest. Everyone is cordial and does try to do the best work they can. I would say the one thing that does need to be improved in the training of some managers and the improvement of health care benefits/PTO/pay, which can demoralize the employees. Other than that, DISYS is a good place to work."
"I have worked here for about 4 months - the company on a grander scale is okay, but the main concern is there are too many lower level "managers" and the main decision makers are too busy handling and juggling too many things that individual offices get lost in the shuffle. They want to outsource most of their HR and Recruiting efforts overseas which undermines the abilities and and quality of US-based colleages."
"Good company, nice people there."
"It is a good company. Very nice people there. Flexible working enviroment."
"I have worked with DISYS for over 2 years. I have been very pleased so far. The company recently hired a new program manager to run the project I am currently working on, which makes her the 3rd program manager on this project. She is absolutely the worst person to work for, she lacks people skills and is very rude."
