"lack of support and understanding regarding the importance of infrastructure in support of operations. Customer orders were still being processed on paper and they had not done a wall to wall physical inventory in 10+ years."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They have taken many of my suggestions and have improved the quality of their operations. The only other suggestion I would have is that hiring people just because they have a passion or interest in motorcycles is not the best criteria when making hiring decisions."

"Seasonality takes its toll on your family life. As with all retail, there are long hours and late nights and weekends."

"You do not have the right to decide by yourself about things to be done, it's always the management staff who says Yes or No, but you're responsible for your job, eventhough you cannot decide what's to be done to have the job done."
