What do you like about working at Dish Network?

"Its a face paced highly competitive industry. Tremendous amount of activity in the industry allowing for enormous enhancement and innovation all geared towards making Dish the best in class, not only within the Pay TV Industry, but to build a well respected brand across all industries."

What don't you like about working at Dish Network?

"I don't dislike anything about my position, I am seeking an opportunity to relocate and no senior positions are available at this time. We have a solid team and place, and no openings will be available for quite some time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"During the rally to reach number one, I do believe there are opportunities to step back and recognize progress more. The charisma and appreciation from management could be increased, which would improve morale. I've shared this feedback with them, and they've worked hard to improve upon it. They are open minded and respect employee feedback. Frequent televised appreciation meetings are now taking place, which helps improve morale and provides a feeling of purpose with front line employees."
