"I've worked for Dish for almost 5 years. I've moved up in several positions. During the most recent change in management, everything went down hill. You would only get promoted if you were friends with the new managers. Good working individuals like me and others had no chance. The favoritism game was played. Lots of company politics reflected poorly on the working atmosphere. The morale was very low."
