"I have worked at Discovery Clinical Trials for 4 years now, I absolutely enjoy my job. There are many things that make this job great, especially the work benefits and competitive pay. I also make enough to support me and my child while having breathing room for extra-curricular activities. This staff is by far the most family-oriented community I've ever been part of. I don't plan on leaving DCT anytime soon."

"I have worked at Discovery for 5+ years. I have a very competitive salary plus bonus. My certification was paid for by the company and we receive 16 hours free CE annually at the company training. We are encouraged to do community service and it is a PAID day."

"The worst place to work at. Most of the studies are months and months behind, and they expect you to "clean up" all that, never mind some data cannot be recovered at all. The situation is the same in every single site in Dallas. Even if you apply for a CRC position, you will be hired as a research assistant. Most of the corporate office managers have less than a year of experience. And some of them have never worked in clinical research at all. The site I had a "pleasure" to work at has had several CRCs came in and left since the beginning of 2015. Please reconsider accepting a position in this company."
