"Horrible place to work! This company is full of families, the employees are racist, prejudice, sexist, rude, and have no social skills! This one lady just yells at everyone and causes drama in the whole workplace!"
"This is not a good company to work for. It really depends on who your VP is and what location you are based at, but there are very few "good" departments to work for. Basically if you work in any of the factories or at the Calgary Office, it's terrible. Management is out of touch, HR is not respected and rogue, tenured leaders just do whatever they want. You will only succeed if you're a white male with a party-boy attitude who is willing and able to go to all the social events. Clients aren't happy either because employees arent treated right."
"Not a good place to work. Yes, the company claims to have great culture and all kinds of extra things like hot lunch every day and big holiday parties and they, do but YOU the employee pays for all of that. Supervisors have no communication skills whatsoever and they force overtime on you when they are in a bind. The hours are long. And if you miss one day they are ready to fire you even if you have a doctor note. Their turnover rate is VERY high."
