"Being a small company, you get to be involved in many different aspects - QA, design control, project management."

"They want a people-person. Your friendly demeanor and openness to help others in any way is much more important than your skills."

"I don't see them growing very much primarily because the technology they are using is good but outdated and in some markets, irrelevant."

"The company culture is hard to grasp on first description and doesn't seem like it would work but after observing how it all comes into place then you can better understand."

"The company culture is very confusing at first and it takes about 6 months to get used to the process. It takes some getting used to but after you understand you will love it."

"I did work with great and professional people. We all cared about each other. SmartRevenue gave me the exposure to various IT challenges. I was motivated to provide solutions to those challenges."

"My position was unique because I was the Director of Technical Support. Also, I am the brother-in-law of the President/CEO of the company. Some of the as needed elements of the position resulted in performing various personal tasks for the President/CEO which blurred the boundaries between family and work."
