"Sales call responsibilities that are required by ROSnet for me to visit prospective clients. I'd rather be coding and developing software rather than involved in the sales process."

"I liked the people, challenges, responsibility, technologies and environment I worked in. Always plenty of work to be done."

"There wasn't anything I really didn't like. My reason for leaving was professional growth and an opportunity that became available to foster that growth."

"Politics big time. Company survives on annuity from Mainframe renewals, so teams don't need to produce to survive."

"Good training to be in political life. It's all about alliances and positioning (for appearance)."
