"Don't. Eric only hires friends, and if you are interviewing with this company it is because you know Eric or Hung."

What don't you like about working at Lan Doctors?

"Poor planning and lack of direction mean that the company is constantly in a reactionary state of chaos. Also, no set Vacation, sick, or personal time mean that we all work even when on 'vacations'."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn basic management skills."
