"I was able to contribute to the department success. Prior to my starting, the department was considered a joke and there was very little respect within and outside of the department for Security."

"The entire company was a very entitlement-oriented workforce. This was in the hourly workforce through senior management; all or whom felt they deserved special treatment with regards to services or security requirements."

"Open your doors, Walk the talk, be an example, and enforce all rules and regulations fairly and consistently."
