"It was very much like a start up operation, even though it had existed for a while."

"Many of the same middle managers are there, so I would imagine that the culture is the same as it was when I worked there."

"Now that the company is already part of a bigger company, there shouldn't be any changes, but understand your pay/bonus going in."

"The company was sold. The pay/bonus plan was shaky, but now it's even more so."

"Look around, There are a lot of unhappy people here."

"No goal objective or organization"

"When Fisher was being purchased by Thermos, our VP Fired all the Mid level staff to show how much money he could same. The organization ground to a halt and he was the next one to go. Too bad it wasn't the first to go."
