"To remember what got them there in the first place ... be more peopl friendly and not trying to run the company from an ivory tower 50,000 feet up in the air. Be more personable & respectful."

"Not much. The culture is very reactive, not proactive. The jewelry discount is one of the better perks."

"Don't. Until there is a better management team in place I do not suggest interviewing there."
What don't you like about working at Ippolita?
"It is disorganized and without a set strategy. A company without a strategy makes it difficult to measure goals and milestones."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Replace the CEO. The CEO is going to be the death of the company."
