"Don't join the team..... the company is headed for financial disaster without any clear leadership focus or mission."

What don't you like about working at Meade Instruments?

"They downsize workforce while keeping inept executive staff.... as recently as a year ago, they had three VP's of Finance and an overall SG&A exceeding 40%."

"Sell the company for it's assets before thee company fails altogether"

"I could be one of the core member for starting up this company from beginning to close their operation in Cypress, CA."

What don't you like about working at Cypress Communications?

"I did not agree to relocate to Dallas, Texas because it bring the huge cost increase in terms of in-transit inventory and transportation cost, etc. but they relocated and now their operations in Dallas has been shrinking tremendously."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Shorten the lead-time, decrease the inventory level, RE inventory control connecting with data base, etc."
