"I LOVE my job! My favorite part is working with my staff and their staff. I make an effort to walk the floor every day and I'm always taking someone out to lunch. I love mentoring, developing and helping those that help me succeed. I never forget them. The other part of my job I love is the analytical side. I'm visionary, so this is also a favorite part. The worst part has to be meetings. We spend way to much time in meetings, than on the floor working to develop the product."
