What don't you like about working at Illinois Tools Works?

"Certain divisions are run by individuals that are not competent and are very political. I was passed over by a very sneaky and political move. The division has struggled ever since."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I had 20 years as the most successful sales manager and was run out by an individual who transferred in from another division. I was pushed aside by the politics of the company. Personnel decisions should be reviewed by more people than the floundering GM of a business unit."
