"Excellent owners - poor direct supervisors. Very demeaning comments to employees, countless HIPPA violations, and situations in which employee is felt violated always results in undocumented, close-door non-resolutions. Direct supervisors are very busy doing personal and non-work related things. Management does not open the door for opportunities to succeed, and rather discourages employees to take the reigns for fear of employees undermining them. (Lots of egotistical and microaggressive managerial behavior - highly unprofessional.) Owners are not aware because managers prevent information from leaking to owners to secure their own positions/standing."
