"I've been an employee for a few years. The management is unable to run a hot dog stand. They take credit for improvements that were started before they started working for the company. HR is a joke, the nepotism is quite apparent. Salaries are inconsistent. Production employee wages range from 10 to 18 an hour and the engineering and office wages range from 27k to 66k. Most of the office employees are not qualified to change a light bulb! Supervision micromanages everything. Upper management seems lost and self glorifying. In closing: A horrible place to work."
