"I've worked from 2011 to 2014 in this company. This is an up-going company with innovation development. They have good engineers and also sales team and they work pretty well to make company keep growing in bio-metrical solution. Till now, they are still providing more and more bio-metrical solutions for user and enterprise to make people's life secure. The company has many locations in the world and very strong sales channels and partnership!!! They can sell products to any countries!!!"
"I have worked here more than 5 years and have to say it is a good overall company to work for. The managers are good people in general with few politics compared to other workplaces. The company tries to stay cutting edge so experience with new technologies is constant though maybe a few years behind the curve."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you are interviewing for Engineering or Sales, you are fine. You will face challenges but nothing big. If you are interviewing for Marketing, Operations or Tech Support, don't do it! Marketing is the most volatile department, the CEO thinks he knows everything about marketing, and yet he has no experience in enterprise software. Operations and Tech Support is micro managed to a ridiculous degree."
What don't you like about working at DigitalPersona?
"Most of senior management comes from consumer electronics and they have NO experience selling enterprise software. Engineering has their own agenda and sales has big problems getting new releases and fixes on time (support for new OS and browsers is usually 6 months behind). Sales is almost an autonomous unit that has little support from the rest of the company. The company is controlled by a family and there are certain employees that are incompetent but they are protected by the family."
