"Just about everything; abusive management with unrealistic expectations, high turnover, stressful work environment, high pressure to produce, very little chance to move up, City of Longmont is not a desirable place to live."

"Get new management that understands how to treat employees appropriately. Teach them to listen to and value their employees."

"it may not be as bad as i've painted it, depending on the position. Interview your potential boss carefully to be sure you'll be happy, and don't expect a high tech kinda place."
