"Not flexible to change. Founder focuses daily on revenue-per-head, and adjusts expectations on a micro-managed level. By the time management realizes new hires are needed, it is usually too late to bring them up to speed to matter."

"Management, from founder down to directors, needs to have a better grasp at what employees need to better do their job. Nepotism is rampant from VP levels down."
