"I worked for Digital Risk, LLC. I enjoyed my work, the people, and the flexibility. The downside of the company is the instability and amounts of lay offs. In one year I was the victim of 2 lay-offs. The final lay-off was permanent. Many of the people I've spoken with have the same feeling...love the company, hate the layoffs."
"Since being sold to a company in India things have gone downhill fast. Managers have no idea what they are doing. If you're not in their Clique you're treated as second class. Promotions are given out to friends and are usually not on merit. Senior managers change often. They promote 60-70 people per month. In two year's time that's about 900 managers or supervisors in a company of about 1800 people. Can you say high turnover! Don't Drink the Kool-Aid."
