"I have worked with Telx/Digital realty since 1999 and have worked my way up through different roles within the nearly 20 years there. The company is highly productive and a fast-paced environment with Data centers and properties globally. Though it was great working there you would certainly need to try to avoid politics. Job stability for managers and other positions was a revolving door."

"Cody Brunsdon should not be a manager. His management skills are terrible. He's no leader, more of a bully, finding ways to pick on the people around him. The blacks and the Afghanistan guards get treated poorly here, and we recently went through three different security account managers because they all quit. After all, Cody is a very toxic person. He would tell other guards he's always watching us because he also has the camera system software installed in his office and house. wow, this goes against the security guard's privacy. We are being treated like slaves. His management skills are terrible. He's no leader, more so of a bully, by finding ways to pick on his security guard. I firmly believe everyone should be accountable for their wrongdoing. His poor people and poor management skills cause us to Lose a lot of building engineers & customer services reps that worked at the digital reality office, and not to mention we lost a lot of security guards too because Cody would make things very complicated; He destroyed the security and engineering team. Cody needs to be more professional. It has become so unorganized here at the workplace we take useless random quizzes almost every day, and it has nothing to do with security. We are pretty much being treated like slaves here. He's all about looking suitable for himself and is very selfish. He would always brag to fellow security guards that he would become the west coast regional security manager and say things would be more strict once he became a regional security manager. He micro-managed everything & no one wanted to work at this building. His style of management is punishment. When we do something wrong, we get in trouble, but when Cody Brunsdon does something wrong, we cannot say anything that's so unfair. I consider that as white privilege. He is not fair. He always complains about stuff and adds pressure, or we're wrong for saying or complaining about his wrongdoing because he's the security manager."
