"I worked for Digital Motorworks Inc for eight months. My main complaint as far as physical work environment was that the staff on the fourth floor would not allow lights to be turned on. There were about four or five people who had been there long-term who mandated that there be no overhead lighting, and there were many people who had adverse affects from this, ranging from headaches to dry, red eyes, but these few people didn't care about anyone else's feelings about having enough light to do their jobs. If you wanted light to see your keyboard, you had to buy your own desk lamp and bring it in. There was also an issue with the management being dishonest and disingenuous about converting contractors to full-time employees."
