"pay is decent but heavily skewed to a handfull of reps."

"Be ready for daily harassment and bullying by management team. Constantly threating sales force. Never their fault!"

What don't you like about working at LocalEdge?

"Most negative, out of control and just bizarre DSM . Most dysfuntional run sales force I have ever worked for. Insane micro managment and daily harrassment of reps I have ever seen! RVP wa over his head!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Enroll in professional management training classes. Take some accountability for outcomes. Challenge senior management. Stop harassing reps."
