Submit a Review"As a Digital Marketing Manager, being able to support what project I am working on through social media, and getting the word out and hype up is very satisfying, because I double as a Graphic Designer, so to get my work out there and not just copy, it is just that much more satisfying to be able to portray our project's content through Graphic Design for the general public to see. Amongst that, working as a Production Coordinator for an animation production company, is something I enjoy, because like my personal computers, I keep things super organized, and to organize digital assets and provide what we have to who needs it and to know where everything is, just makes productivity that much easier. I have always had a knowledge and passion working with computers, being an IT person with experience in Desktop Admin Support and minimal networking and server setup, I can say I thoroughly enjoy it for personal projects, but not my upmost favorite position for a company when all that is expected of me is IT and my technical knowledge of computers."
"Every day I contact my clients and review their digital marketing program performance with them, really helps me to understand what their needs are and how I'm fulfilling them. I'm able to interact with them and they look to me for guidance in regards to what marketing channel works best for their business, if their budget is competitive with others in the same geographical areas and line of business. I enjoy being the expert and being able to translate the complex language of coding and tagging and simplify it for my clients. I am humbled by the appreciation that is shown to me just because I am doing my job. I couldn't ask for a better industry to be in today."

"The management's immature attitude and poor leadership skills. Also failed promises, and the greedy attitude of supervisors towards employees"

"Take your employee's recommendations and concerns seriously, give them support from other teams (specially IT)"

"Be sure to have a passion for the health care industry, and for helping people live healthier lives."

"Had to go through a lot of layers of personnel to get projects completed. Had a lot of protocol and procedures to navigate."

"Need decisions to be made with clear direction. Many projects were rushed to production without completely thinking through strategies, consumer impact etc."

What do you like about working at Fujifilm?
"The great challenge and that I was able to travel to promote our products and that I was able to bring in revenue to the company. Sericol was 6-Sigma-top of the line in management!"

"Nothing, the company was great to work for and very challenging, of which I loved."

"I would recommend that anybody interviewing go in with a positive attitude - the people are truly one in a million. I would also suggest that you be completely forthcoming about your goals and career aspirations to ensure that your priorities are aligned."

"I am not satisfied with my opportunity for growth at WI."

"I would recommend that they improve their communication to all teams and value the talent more."
