"Don't go. Period. It's a waste of your time."

What don't you like about working at Digital Force Technologies?

"ZERO training for new employees. Owner never had time to talk. He was very sneaky and untrustworthy. He spied on his employee (which is BS). Basically a smart fellow who can only be described as a real jackass. Very big liar."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get a clue. The owners right hand man (women in this case) had horrible communication skills. She was unpleasant and hard on the eyes. Owner is a jackass that should set aside time to talk to his employees and learn how to trust them. If you don't trust them DON'T HIRE THEM!!!"
